He added that the project has recorded over 5,000 inquiries so far and the pricing will take reference from projects that above railway stations such as Kam Sheung Road Station.
Phase 1 provides 457 units ranging from 275 to 604 square feet, including one to three bedrooms.

〈The Standard, July 23, 2026〉Chinese regulators are curbing mainland firms from adopting a refinancing structure, known as "1+N", for domestic real estate firms or cross-border borrowers using mainland property as collateral, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
The people said that the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has in recent months informed some bankers to restrict real estate companies from using the "1+N" offshore loan structure, further reinforcing recent regulatory efforts to tighten oversight of overseas borrowing.
〈Asian Post, July 22, 2026〉A cleared redevelopment site at 349 Prince Edward Road West in Kowloon City has been offered for sale through a public tender, according to its sole agent CBRE.
The site spans approximately 6,274 sq ft and has a maximum gross floor area of about 31,371 sq ft.
The Town Planning Board has approved its redevelopment into an 11-storey residential care home for the elderly, including a basement.
The proposed facility could provide 141 beds and include two lifts, a lay-by and parking spaces.

During a project briefing, the railway company detailed the intricate engineering and traffic management strategies required to build new stations within the heart of Tuen Mun's dense and well-established residential neighbourhoods.
Alan Yan, head of project delivery for New Territories South, noted that construction is now ramping up at full speed, with the project poised to fully transition into the structural construction phase later this year.
